Guidelines, Etiquette, and Weather
~ Please remove your shoes and coats, before entering the studio. There is a bench and hooks outside the door.
~ Please let your teacher know before class if you have any significant health issues, have had recent surgery or if you are pregnant.
~Teachers will be available 15 minutes before the start of class if you wish to purchase a pass or ask questions.
~ Enter the studio quietly, sign in and pay prior to the start of the class.
~ Please turn off your cell phone or set it to vibrate if you need it in the room.
~ No beeper watches in the studio.
~ Please do not apply perfume or cologne prior to class.
~ Please closed-top containers only. No gum or food in the practice space.
~ Parking is available across the street in the city parking lot or along the street.
~ Wear comfortable clothing (i.e. shorts, t-shirts, yoga pants/sweatpants, footless tights)
~ Do not come on an empty belly! Prenatal students should eat a light snack approximately 1-hour before class.
~ Mats and props are provided, no rental fee. If you would like to use your own personal mat, feel free to bring it along.
~ Please note we are on the second floor, and there is no elevator available.
~ Best to wear comfortable, non-binding clothing and avoid eating 1 1/2 hours before class.
~ Please enter the studio quietly, respecting those who wish to meditate before class.
~ Arrive early. Classes begin on time.
~ If you are new or need to purchase a yoga pass, please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes before the class begins (you can also do this online).
~ Mats and props are provided, no rental fee. If you would like to use your own personal mat, feel free to bring it along
~ Please be aware of making space for others when the studio becomes full near the class start time.
~ Please wipe down your mat if you borrowed one from the studio.
~ Please leave the space neater and cleaner than when you arrived.
