Buti Fusion combines the Buti Deep and traditional Buti Yoga practices. The Term Buti means to cure. During this practice, we work to cure the body of stored energy through dance and tribal movement. The practice has a specific spiral technique to unlock tension and stored emotions. Buti Yoga encourages "sweating with intention" and discovering your self-worth. Buti combines power yoga, cardio-intensive tribal movement, conditioning, and deep abdominal toning. You are not just sculpting your body you are making internal shifts too. The music is fun and upbeat. Allow the body to cool down for the last 20 minutes of class while we self-massage and stretch our muscles.

Flow is an active class with flowing movement connected with the breath. Options are given for all levels and the focus is on the internal, personal experience of movement rather than the outward appearance of the postures.

Intermediate practice, pay what you can, drop-in.
Rooted in the idea of intentional movement, slow flow provides the practitioner with the beat they need to truly embody a shape. We will focus on finding graceful transitions and mindful moments within the vinyāsa structure. This intermediate level class is for all that wish to cultivate strength, flexibility, balance, and calm.

In haṭha yoga, poses are held for several breaths with a focus on steadiness and alignment. We explore foundational poses and practices to create a well-rounded, beginner-friendly practice. Hands on assists and adjustments are offered and can be opted into.

Delve into the subtle world of internal martial arts in this highly accessible practice. All experience levels are invited as we enjoy group practice that's all about tuning into our body, building coordination and cultivating health. Our practice will draw from 8-brocades Qigong and Yang Tai Chi 24-form, with warm up movements and a standing meditation cool down. Fundamentals of proper form will be given priority over flashy moves, and everything can be modified for individuals who would like to practice while seated. Our goal will be to come away feeling more settled within our bodies, so we may move through life with less exertion and more ease.
