Haṭha Yoga Essentials

Beginner-friendly, pay what you can, drop-in.

In haṭha yoga, poses are held for several breaths with a focus on steadiness and alignment. We explore foundational poses and practices to create a well-rounded, beginner-friendly practice. Hands on assists and adjustments are offered and can be opted into.

Note: Soft music is played during this class and a singing bowl is played live at the end of the practice.
