Mindful Flow

All levels, pay what you can, drop-in.

Flow is an active class with flowing movement connected with the breath. Options are given for all levels and the focus is on the internal, personal experience of movement rather than the outward appearance of the postures.

Note: Music is not played during this class and a singing bowl is played live at the end of the practice.
