
Delve into the subtle world of internal martial arts in this highly accessible practice. All experience levels are invited as we enjoy group practice that's all about tuning into our body, building coordination and cultivating health. Our practice will draw from 8-brocades Qigong and Yang Tai Chi 24-form, with warm up movements and a standing meditation cool down. Fundamentals of proper form will be given priority over flashy moves, and everything can be modified for individuals who would like to practice while seated. Our goal will be to come away feeling more settled within our bodies, so we may move through life with less exertion and more ease.
